讲义中：combined ratio包含div ratio时，更全面，也更严格
但何老师视频总结中，又说，dividend 是非强制性现金流，所以剔除dividend ratio的combined ratio更严格。
关于“更严格”的讨论，此处我感到有些疑惑。是指有两个角度吗？全面性，或者是现金流角度？

按照原版书上的描述，包含dividend ratio的combined ratio是更加全面的，因为是考虑了所有的现金支出。
This ratio is a stricter measure of efficiency than the ordinary combined ratio, in that it takes into account the cash satisfaction of policyholders or shareholders after consideration of the total underwriting efforts. Dividends are discretionary cash outlays, and factoring them into the combined ratio presents a fuller description of total cash requirements.
但是我们并不是说，就不算剔除dividend ratio的combined ratio了，何老师说的dividend 是非强制性现金流只是提供了一个算不含dividend ratio的原因，并不是在原版书中讲的。
我们一般看到的完整的是两个都算的，像原版书的这个例子。如果说是要更加全面就是按照包含dividend ratio的combined ratio，这个是原版书给出来的原话。
