得出
ending balance:20574.4 (同时也是第二年的begining balance
那么第二年的payment:4424.6
interest:20574.4x0.12
为什么我们在求第二年的begining balance时是:25000-(4424.6-3000)=23575.4
按照amoritization schedule这个4424.6不是包含了3000和1424.6吗?为什么我们只需要减去1424.6,而不是4424.6得出第二年的beginning balance?
