题干里有对capital employed的定义：
capital employed 是总资产减去无息负债，也就是有息负债和所有者权益的总和。具体到各部门，就是每个部门分配了多少资本。
capital expenditure是指“investment in fixed capital。具体到各部门，就是每个部门花了多少钱买固定资产。
这题的判断类似于基础班讲义中的这道例题，一个是EBIT margin的判断，一个capital expenditure%/asset%，第二个里面的asset就是这个里面的capital employed。
