主力租户一般就是一个层里面占地面积很大的租户,你就可以理解成shopping mall里面的H&M,优衣库等等,地下一层的沃尔玛等等,他们的占地面积都很大,所以租约也会相对比较长。

题目中说的这个数据是在原版书中非常细节的一个点,对于小商户,一般是三到五年,但是这种主力商户,一般会比三到五年时间长。
