我的思路是，题目问rely on capital deepening，会直接想到因为developing国家和developed国家，又因为ΔY/Y=Δy/y+ΔL/L，而ΔY/Y代表了potential GDP的增速，developing国家的potential GDP增速要大于developed国家的potential GDP的增速，所以只要看哪个国家Δy/y+ΔL/L最大，就说明它就是developing国家，也就是最rely on capital deepening，这样的思路难道不对吗？求解

潜在增长率 = 劳动生产率 + 劳动力


X的潜在增长率 = 2.6+2.1=4.7

Y的潜在增长率 = 1.8+1.5=3.3
