对于addtional compensation的要求是,我们披露给利益相关方(通常就是雇主和客户)然后收到雇主的同意就可以收了。

第一additional compensation不用turn down,可以收,只要披露并且受到雇主的书面同意就能收。

其实最佳的表达方式应该是:disclose to all parties and obtain permission from employer,但奈何C选项没写关于披露的问题,但我们挑一个最合适的就行了。

本条的重点还是放在收到雇主的书面同意就能收。

客户给的关于工作的这块额外的报酬, 如果没有和雇主汇报并取得书面同意就是违反4b 但是光取得了雇主同意,没有披露给所有投资人,就是违反6A和1B对吧 本体就是不涉及披露的问题,光研究的是 是否取得雇主同意的事情
