有几个问题

问题1：这个题目为什么不选择C

因为Carter手上也管理一些禁止收取Soft dollar的账户，且这家broker之前是有soft dollar的，所以Cater没有将这些禁止收取soft dollar的账户交给这家broker做交易。那么现在这家broker推出了low-fee execution only trade（没有soft dollar），且价格和其他broker差不多，且Carter很满意这家broker 的交易。那么Cater就可以把禁止收取soft dollar的账户从其他broker转到这家broker。但是C说的：only trade through low-fee scheme，不可以的，因为他其他不禁止收取soft-dollar的账户不需要用这个low-fee scheme。

问题2: 如果陈述说，通过CFA考试，improved the skills 是ok的吗？

可以的，单纯的说improve自己的skill可以的。

在46题解析中，老师说到我们不需要披露是否为after or before tax吗？那为什么这个24题要呢？

1.因为24题讨论的是fee，而不是tax

2.46题是GIPS的内容，并不和Ethics重复，请同学不要混淆。

问题4：这句话题说到，will yield better，那这个难道不违反把opoinion当成fact吗

他说了，基于我们模拟的记过，这就在提前告诉大家这不是fact，这是模拟的结果，已经很清楚的说明了。

问题3：这个statement是为什么错？
