老师好，
这道经典题在中间有一句话是“Terminal value if based on an assumption that residual income per share will be constant from Year3 into perpetuity”,李老师说代表着W=1
但是后面这个题又有一句话“She tells Castovan that she believes that a persistence factor of 0.1 is appropriate for TTCI”>>这样w不就=0.1了么？
前后不就矛盾了么？

同学你好，请注意这是两个不同的人的观点：Terminal value if based on an assumption that residual income per share will be constant from Year3 into perpetuity——这是Castovan的观点；
而persistence factor=0.1 是Beckworth的观点~~这是完全不矛盾的哦~~
具体题目要怎么求RI，题目会提示考生是按Castovan 的观点还是按Beckworth的观点的哦~~
