我们先理解什么叫additional compensation，即有可能与雇主利益产生冲突的，别人给的好处。
我们仔细阅读文章第三段开头：
They then discuss Peña's role on the investment committee of the Mueller School. The committee monitors and evaluates the performance of the school's asset managers and brokers, including Harvest.
Pena在大学委员会负责评估大学的asset managers和broker，其中broker中包括Harvest这家公司。其实这里就存在【潜在的】利益瓜葛，因为如果评估后发现Harvest不好，会对公司造成损失。
所以题目问，以下哪一个最不会违反，我们就不能选additional compensation这项。
而作为足球队的referee，尽管拿每场球拿50，第一，他们认定这个价格并不material，第二，踢球和他这份broker的工作没有任何的关系，不会有潜在的利益冲突。
