同学您好：

由于占总成本4%的材料价格上涨20%，带来的的COGS的变化量=105.38*20%*4%=0.84304，而不是你理解的105.38*（1+20%）*4%=5.05，主要是错在这了。因此你图中第二步计算中，变化后的COGS"=105.38+0.84304=106.223,你将此结果继续带入你图中的后续计算中，可以发现，分开算变化前后的GPM，再作差的结果是和答案整体一次计算GPM变化量的结果是一致的。

嗨，爱思考的PZer你好：


同学你好，COGS‘这里的计算应该是105.38*(1+20%)*4%，而不是你图片当中的公式。

原来的GPM=47/152.38

后来的GPM=[152.38-（105.38*0.04*0.2+105.38）]/152.38

后来的GPM-原来的GPM可以得到相同的答案

所以计算GPM变化的时候，可以直接计算COGS的变化。
