一般指 D/E，但是回购对 A/E 和 D/E 的影响是相同的

2）如果buy back shares，equity应该降低吧
是的，因为 E 在分母，所以分母减小，financial leverage 增加，选项 A 说法错误

NO.PZ201601200500003301 老师麻烦看下我的理解， A说会下降杠杆比率，现金减少（资产减少），Equity减少，保持不变，E就上升。所以B说回购是在股价被低估的时候，股价被高估的时候，公司更愿意发行新股融资，因为融到资金可以更多，同理股价被低估的时候选择回购相当于用很低的价格把自己公司的权益买回 来？ C有更多投资机会相比内部融资，本身我就不理解什么意思？如果说企业有更多的投资机会那应该是少分红，多留存，这样便于做投资发展。后半句的内部融资不就是在说留存收益吗？
