题目里说异方差是systematic relationship between the value of residuals and the independent variables. 但是unconditional异方差不是可以指unsystematic relationship between the value of residuals and the independent variables吗？为什么题干里Reyes说的话还是对的？谢谢

同学你好，
原版书认为非条件异方差不会给方程造成很大的问题。
所以讨论的所有异方差都是条件异方差，除非题干特意标注，否则不讨论unconditional的情况。
