为什么PV=5000000而不是PV=-5000000

同学你好，

PV可以等于-5,000,000。

符号不代表大小，只代表现金流入流出的方向。取决于从谁的角度出发去看。

从借款人的角度去看，借来了现金即流入了5,000,000，PV就可以设定为正值，此时要还钱，PMT就是流出即算出来是负值。

从贷款人角度看，借出了现金即流出了5,000,000，PV就可以设定为负值，此时会收到PMT，即PMT为现金流入是正值。

哪个角度都可以，最后看的都是绝对值，符号只代表方向

老师我的解题思路是PV= -5,000,000 因为是付了五百万房贷，然后FV= 5,000,000未来十年还剩5百万需要还。麻烦老师一下fv=0的思路，谢谢您
