A中说 -Capital market proficiency include sector and security expertise， 按照答案，portflio manager dont need sector and security expertise, 因为 investment specialist做 sector and security expertise。这里我不太理解。
因为这里是在寻找一个Wealth manager，作为wealth manager，你需要帮客户规划，了解每种资产的return/risk即可，不用成为每种资产的专家。
当wealth manager定好bond、stock、derivatives、alternative这种大类的时候，他可以再去寻找资产专家给出具体每种资产内部的配置建议。
Portfolio manager 不等于 investment specialist，因为资产千千万，光是研究股票和研究债券就可以在投行部再细化部门，所以wealth manager并不被要求成为每种资产的specialist
