直接根据字面意思理解，immediacy need就是需要钱的时间上的紧迫性，比如马上就还钱所以需要钱，或者1个月后可能要还一笔钱所以需要钱。

duration need是这笔钱需要在外面放多久（贷款出去，借给XX公司之类的），比如这笔贷款期限是3个月，那这笔钱就要在外面放三个月。

严不严重就要看情况衡量了。
