同学你好，

所有test检验的都是总体。

题目中“... whether the variance of bond A is greater than 3.24%,”描述的也是检验总体。

但我没理解为什么会认为检验的是sample。题干给表格中的数字肯定是“sample statistics”，不可能给出总体的数据。如果总体数据都给出来了，就不存在要去检验了。

可以通过追问或者评论的形式描述一下为什么认为检验的是sample。
