那么一个有抵押的产品，我们的敞口可以说是=正收益－抵押品价值吗，因为好像我们说到敞口，都是单单一个敞口，例如有1000的正收益，另外有700的抵押，那么我们会觉得说敞口就是1000，而不是说有了这个抵押，敞口就变成了1000-700=300这样？

同学你好，

抵押品可以降低风险敞口呀，在这道题说交易对手的信用风险，是指抵消了抵押品之后的，比如原来有1000收益，如果对手方提供了700的抵押（且这个抵押品支配权已经到你这儿了），那敞口就是300.

选项D的offset是互相抵消的意思，是你对A有1000的收益，A对B有200的收益，A对B的敞口并不能抵消你们两之间的1000.

老师好，不明白这道题在考什么，题面强调说，如果用VAR的方式衡量 cret exposure，哪个能降低风险敞口，1. 是说CV= W- EL ？2. V和loss 的分布有关，那就是看哪一个能降低protfolio 的volatility。恰恰可以，通过versification， A/B/C 反而都不可以。所以我恰恰第一个删除了然后选不出来了。
