里面有个operating-expense包不包含在公司的operating-profit里面？这个知识点我知道是interest-expense属于non-operating-item，属于investing类的，但是在cash-flow里面的us。gaap下面interest-received和interest-paid都包含在cash-flow-of-operating里面。。。。这个是点我有点理解不过来。。。。麻烦老师解释一下，谢谢。

我们一个个问题解答：
（1）里面有个operating-expense包不包含在公司的operating-profit里面？
是的。
（2）是interest-expense属于non-operating-item，属于investing类的，但是在cash-flow里面的us。gaap下面interest-received和interest-paid都包含在cash-flow-of-operating里面。
Interest expense 是损益表里面的概念，在US GAAP下，我们认为它是 报告位置operating profit 下面（见基础班讲义79页）。
但是同学说的interest-received和interest-paid，这个是现金流量表的概念，在US GAAP下他们属于CFO。
虽然同学说的， Interest received 和 paid 以及Interest expense 都与利息有关，但是这是两张表里面概念，I/S 表里面和CF表面是不同的概念，operating profit 这个概念也不是和CFO对应的。
所以同学需要单独记好。
