请问这道题文本中说"he is considering making maximum investment of 10,000 in a new type of tax deferred account ..... and distributions are expected to be taxed at a 20% rate when withdrawn. 这里的20%不需要应用在题目4中吗？就是题目4 deferred account提取的时候也按20%征税？

第四题说的是在current investment account里的250,000
而你说的20%属于TDA账户里的withdraw tax，至于从TDA账户里取出钱，才征税。
