请问C是什么意思?为什么不对?

题干问的是没有追索权的CMBS一旦发生违约,lender可以怎么做?没有追索权,最多只能foreclosure抵押物,卖出抵押物之后,不管够不够偿还贷款,都不能追索贷款人的其他资产。只能通过变卖抵押物所得来弥补损失。

如果是有追索权的,一旦违约,银行收回房产,再卖出房产。但正因为本题没有追索权,所以咱们就出售物业所造成的亏空向借款人提出申索是没有效的。我们只能针对抵押物,而不能针对房产。
