在文中有一句，“I have analyzed the new regulations and have found that all of the local requirements are part of regulations recently introduced in Europe” 这句话的意思是，我发现我们本地法律中所有的法律法规都是被包括在欧洲最近新颁布的法律条文中了。可见欧洲法律包括了本地法律的所有条文，所以欧洲法律更为严格。

这句话的意思是，我们也要遵守新加坡的法规，本地法律中的条款“似乎也”在新加坡的法律中。有可能新加坡法律对于反洗钱要求的范围＞本地，也可能等于。但是欧洲肯定是最全，所以最合适的选项是选欧洲。
