去了regional language，这句话是Açor spoke to me  throughout the meeting. 这不算soft skill，我就是最基本的交流。

如果这句话改成Açor spoke to me  throughout the meeting with strong communication skill，那算是有良好的沟通能力，那可以算soft skill。如果文中项表达的是这种良好的沟通的能力，一定会强调的。

"speak to me in my own language"，我的理解是用能听得懂的话在和客户交流，从这从意义上我觉得应该是 soft skill啊。
