他在和这位客户沟通时候,是没毛病的,没有骗他,或者隐藏什么关于账户的其他信息,或者是没有分清观点和事实

而这财富经理的错误是:该财富经理没有很好的尽职调查客户,而导致客户在身体状况不行的情况下,继续使用该账户的时间大于一年,是违反diligence and resonable basis & suitability (Suitability 就会导致违反 loyalty, prudence, and care )
