Have a property survey to determine whether the physical improvements are in the boundary
lines of the site and to find out if there are any easements that would affect the value.

property survey主要就是来看有没有哪些地方是会影响到房屋价值的。

Have a physical/engineering inspection to be sure there are no structural issues with the
property and to check the condition of the building systems, structures, foundation, and
adequacy of utilities.

Engineering inspection主要看房屋建筑，系统结构等等是不是没有问题。

Have an environmental inspection to be sure there are no issues, such as a contaminant
material on the site.

Environmental inspection，主要看环境的情况。

所以，要看影响房屋价值的方面，就要用property survey.
