Under a revocable trust, the originator can alter or cancel the provisions anytime. Thus, revocable trust is almost 100% under the control of originator.
Under an irrevocable trust, even though the originator can/t modify the provisions, the originator can customize the provisions so that the beneficiaries should only follow the provisions in order to receive the assets.
