同学你好，

Power of a test在课程里的Type II error那个知识点下。定义为：the probability of correctly rejecting the null hypothesis when it is false ，也就是当原假设为假的后正确的拒绝了原假设的概率。

通过这个定义可知，Power of a test + Type II error=1.

stating a decision rule是假设检验中的一个步骤，可以理解为设置是否拒绝原假设的判断规则。即如检验统计量的绝对值大于了临界值的绝对值，就拒绝原假设。这里的检验统计量是在之前的步骤里已经算好的。而临界值实际上是在本步骤中查的。关于每个步骤具体包含什么的题目考察的很少，记忆一下就可以。
