同学你好,

计算过程有两个问题,首先是I/Y对应的期间利率,其次是PV对应的值

用TVM一排5个键的时候,N是多少“期”,I/Y对应的是“期间”利率,PMT对应的是“期间”现金流。这三个概念对应的期间要一致。

以本题为例N=4对应的期间是4年,而I/Y=2/12对应的期间是“月”,而PMT=700对应的期间又是年了。所以问题就在于I/Y对应的期间也应该是年(有效)利率。所以需要先把I/Y转化成EAR后代入2.0184。

此外现在计算的是CD产生的四笔利息所对应的FV,在这个过程中,PV=0,因为在这个账户里只有在年末才有CD的利息流入,在0时点没有任何的利息/现金流发生。

N=4, I/Y=2.0184, PMT=-700,PV=0,CPT FV即可以得到4笔700的现金流的FV为2885.92

如果要求总FV,还需要加上未变的CD的原始本金20000,就可以得到正确答案22,885.92。
