这道题的题干可以理解为多年前买了一个年金，这个年金是从今天开始有payment，然后这个payment连续持续20年，求这个年金在“今天”的价值。
可以看出，“ purchased an annuity many years ago”这个条件实际是没有用的。年金在哪天买的没有关系，关键的是从今天开始付款，然后从今天开始payment持续20年（并不是20年前买的年金的意思），然后问年金在今天（意思是要求的是先付年金）的现值，所以是求PV而不是FV
