请问为什么现值时间点P0时刻的dividend不考虑?换句话说 公式里T为什么不是从0开始?

同学你好!

这道题是一个典型的两阶段模型考题,只不过通常我们是已知各种条件求价格,这道题是已知价格反求长期增长率,所以直接带公式计算就可以了,如果计算方法不熟悉可以再去听一下基础课这一节的视频。

至于d0为什么不考虑,因为d0已经发生了的,并不会体现在当前的价格($20)里;我们计算价格是用未来的现金流折现,跟过去已经发生的d0 没有关系。
