1、B是包含C的.

2、B市值加权，因为不考虑流通问题，那么股票市值就是股票价格乘以发行在外总的股票数量，而这道题说的是the number of its shares available to the investing public，并不是全部发行在的股票。

3、这里的float-adjusted是"自由流通股调整" 的意思，上市的股票并不是都可以自有交易(available to the investing public)，因为很多都握在创始人或政府手中，自由流通股调整就是剔除这些创始人、政府或其他公司持有的非流通股票。这样调整后指数中全部的股票都是可以进行自有交易的。
