A选项说债务市场价值降低，说明市场利率上升，会增加公司的资本成本，所以不会增加capital investment。
B选项:
WACC = R(debt) × （1-t）× W1 + R(Equity) × W2 （其中W1是Debt的权重，W2是Equity的权重；），因为边际税率t的上升，所以融资成本WACC下降。
C选型inventory跟capital investment没关系
融资成本降低后，很多之前投资亏本的项目（收益小于融资成本WACC），现在由于WACC降低投资有利可图，所以这条会增加的当前的Capital investments.
