老师，我感觉这道题有点奇怪啊。negative/affirmative covenants应该是指明发行人不能做和应该做的事情。应该是完整的一句话才对。这种词组就能判断是negative/affirmative covenants吗？之前都是通过这个条款是正面表述还是反面表述来判断的吧。像这几个，尤其是A,B都跟这个没什么关系。之前老师的，都是因为A/B会对xxx不利，推理出是negative covenants。我感觉这跟本身这个covenants是不是negative还是有区别的。
