这个还是英文的问题，请仔细读题：A fund invests in firms that ...这句话说的这个基金（fund）专注于投资公司业绩好且公司治理好的公司。因此这样的基金不会需要用到选项C这个tactics.

这道题没有介绍公司的情况啊，它说的这个基金（fund）专注于投资公司业绩好且公司治理好的公司。因此这样的基金不会需要用到选项C这个tactics.
