两根问题，有关estimates unreliable, 那个estimates是什么， 请见图片和问题

1. 这个heteroskedasticity图片 里面说standard errors are unreliable estimates ， 请问下standard error of 什么？standard error of coefficient 还是error term ? 



2.  下面这个图片的estimates become unreliable 是的什么？是指的是coefficient 么还是整个式子Y bar ？
