Core capital 是在哪个章节讲的？和primary capital的区别？

core capital 是在第31章遗产规划这一章出现的概念，我们在做遗产规划的时候，有2种方式可以把钱给我们的孩子，一种是死后作为遗产留给孩子，一种是现在活着的时候作为gift 给孩子，遗产的税率一般要高于gift的税率。但是作为gift 给孩子有个不好的地方 就是我们不知道自己还要留多少钱给自己，所以我们需要算下自己余生还要花多少钱，这个金额就是core capital 我也贴下原版书上的解释方便你理解The amount of capital required to fund spending to maintain a given lifestyle, fund these goals, and provide adequate reserves for unexpected commitments is called core capital.

primary capital 与core capital 不同，他是第32章concentrated position这章中出现的概念，在这章里面，我们通过 Goal-Based Planning 的方法把资产分为三层，第一层是 personal risk bucket，这层资产的目标是防止我们变穷， The first risk bucket can be referred to as the personal risk bucket. Here, the goal is protection from poverty or a dramatic decrease in lifestyle. 第二层是 market risk bucket.这层资产的目标是维持现有的生活水准。我们把这两类资产称为primary capital 。而与primary capital 对应的是 surplus capital,which comprises allocations to his or her aspirational risk bucket.，而aspirational risk bucket  这层资产的投资目标是增加我们的财富： The third risk bucket can be referred to as the aspirational risk bucket. Here,the goal is the opportunity to increase wealth substantially—to have the possibility of moving upward in the wealth spectrum

所以这两个概念不同，总结来说，core capital指的是测算出来的我们未来要花的钱，而primary capital 指的是我们资产中用来维持生活水准以及防止我们破产的那部分资产

这道题里面这两个虽然数值是相近的，但是计算方法不同。core capital 是题目已经的，另外一个是通过计算personal risk bucket +market  risk bucket 算出来的
