没有only这个词，并没有说是只包含当前信息。是不是以后碰到这种形式的题就自动默认为题目的意思是只包含xxx？

这里的关键词是“current”,说明股价反映的是当前的信息，并没有反映历史的信息。

如果信息有效，那么市场价格就要包括所有可获得的信息，理解这一点再看选项A ，只包括current information就太片面了。当前信息并不包括历史信息。
