老师说的结论是高的potential GDP会带来高的return和高的实际利率意思是指好的经济发展能回馈投资者，给投资者带来好的收益。

而本题的结论意思是如果要发张经济就要吸引投资，就需要大量居民的储蓄，所以提高存款利率才能缓解居民的不耐情绪。题目是从吸引储蓄供给投资的角度讲的。
