sinking fund provision应该是redeem at increasing amount还是也可能下降？

串讲里写的是increase但是notesli里是写could decline or increase each year

原版书上介绍了另外一种形式的sinking fund arrangement，就是加速偿还的形式。我们不推荐使用notes，以原版书和ppt为主要参考资料。
