问一道题：NO.PZ2018091706000023 [ CFA II ]

解释：

可否这么理解？

风险最大，即potential GDP growth是最低的。

直接用这个公式的左边（Y/L）去理解的话，

要选Y/L的值最小country，即labor productivity growth rate最低的，直接就选了country Z，也做对了。

不知这么理解是否正确。。。

看了其他的回答，感觉混乱。终极问题，究竟哪些因素可以影响potential GDP？

这样理解是不正确的。

本题其实就是考察解析里的公式。讲义P106的原话是“•increases in output can be gained by increasing capital per worker (capital deepening) or by improving technology (increasing TFP).”所以本题套用该公式即可。

影响GDP的因素很多，最重要的劳动力，资本，技术，除此以外，自然资源，法律制度等等都会对GDP有影响。具体做题目时候要看题目给了哪些条件，依据给出的条件不同选用正确的公式。
