有关wife parent的future health care expenses，有两个问题：
1、这个已经可预见要有支出了，只是不知道具体金额，为何不是plan的呢？
2、第3问中提出的goal quantification，为何不包括这项呢？也是需要匡算的啊。

同学你好，并不是可预见有支出了就算是plan的，原版书上对planed goal的定义是Planned goals are those that can be reasonably estimated or quantified within an expected time horizon.
对unplanned定义是Unplanned goals are those related to unforeseen financial needs. These goals are typically more challenging than planned goals because of the difficulty of estimating the timing and the amount of funding needed.比如 Property repairs、Medical expenses都属于unplaned goals
future health care expenses你很难预见什么时候发生、需要多少钱所以是unplaned
因为这些很难匡算 所以就没有说要量算 你说未来生什么病 花多少钱这种很难计算
