有两个理解请看下是否正确：
1、prospect theory的2 phase to make a choice是相对于expected utility theory的简化，是相对于expected utility theory的bounded rationality；
2、对于既买彩票又买国债的个人，是面对gain的risk seeking和risk aversion的矛盾，而不是prospect theory所表述的risk seeking to loss and risk aversion to gain.

1. prospect theory属于行为金融学，投资者会有情绪、会犯错误、有限理性。 expected utility theory 属于传统金融学，投资者的表现是完美的、理性的、追求效用最大化的。prospect theory的2 phase to make a choice是按着bounded rationality来做决策, 但是 bounded rationality也属于行为金融学，不属于expected utility theory。
