答案解析里的计算方法有两种理解方式,第一种可以从EAR的角度理解。例如解析中表格第一行,4000*1.02^6。其实就是 4000*(1+4%/2)^(2*3)。具体分开来看,其中的(1+4%/2)^2就是1+EAR=(1+r/m)^m的形式,由于需要滚动3年,所以(1+4%/2)^(2*3)就是(1+r/m)^mn的形式。
这道题也可以不从“每一年的EAR”角度理解,而是按照“每一期”的角度来理解,那么每一期的期间利率为4%/2为2%。还是以解析中表格的第一行为例,一共滚动了6期,所以就是4000*1.02^6。
