Y轴截距是当折现率等于零的时候的NPV,

假设没有增加投资:

NPV=-100+40+40+40+40=60

如果增加投资后：

NPV=-115+45+45+45+45=65

因此Y轴截距上移。

同理，你可以计算一下现金流变化前后的IRR,得出X轴的移动情况
