同学你好，题目的意思是说：在一个分布中，略微偏离均值的部分较少，极端偏离均值的部分也较少。然后问这个分布的特征。

在这一一个概率分布函数中，因为略微偏离均值的部分较少，所以它中间的“峰”较低；因为极端偏离均值的部分也较少，所以它两边的尾巴较瘦

同学你好，根据题干的描述，它这边对应的是矮峰瘦尾的情况，所以它的excess kurtosis (它的峰度 - 3（正态分布的峰度=3）应该小于0）就是负的，所以选C
