年费1000，按每季度收，所以每季度是250.
然后就是Vanderon这个人的账户，只投资Mutual funds。

然后只要转成Plus account，交易几千种Mutual funds（包括他自己账户投资的那些Mutual funds）时，就没有任何手续费了：
