representativeness的后半段意思是，viewing new information as representative of a long-term trend,assuming small samples are representative of population. 从这个角度理解，Sara就会过度重视new information

这道题是representativeness的一个特殊的例子。这道题把过去分成了两个阶段：以前的和最近的。Sara 是过于重视最新的信息（不好的），忽视了以前的信息（好的），所以要卖股票，这个可以当成representativeness的一个特殊的例子。
