这块有几个关键信息：

While reviewing the compliance manual, Bukenya notices that many sections look familiar.

第一个就是这个合规手册看起来Familiar.

She finds a statement in the document indicating it is for the "sole use of Mercury Advisory Services."

第二点就是发现里合规手册写了Sole use of Mercury Advisory Services.

所以这两点可以判断，Remmy是剽窃了原雇主的合规手册；

而Remmy的回复是：

回复说只参考了原雇主的Table of content...这点就是错误陈述。

关于Misrepresentation有：Members and Candidates must not knowingly make any misrepresentations relating to investment analysis, recommendations, actions, or other professional activities.

所以本题这里违反的是Misrepresentation里的剽窃。明明剽窃了内容，却说只参考了Table of content

整个感觉像是做阅读题，其实Ethics的题干信息一般措辞会表达一定倾向的。
