注意Part A答案的描述是：Maintain the real value of its assets.

Maintain the real value的意思是：在现在Asset base不变的基础上，每年资产再实现一个Inflation收益；

因为Endowment每年要花费Spending rate 5%、0.55%的Management fees，所以Asset base每年肯定要减少5.55%。

所以要Maintain the real value就是指：实现一部分收益Cover住Spending rate，实现一部分收益Cover住Management fee，这样保证Asset base不变，然后再实现一个Inflation，保证抗通胀。

所以Part A答案的这一句话是包括了以上三项的。

我们考试的时候，完全可以不按协会提供的答案写，就把答案中的“Maintain the real value of its assets”替换成详细的三项也OK。

而Part A第二部分是算的时候，也是加了Management fee的。

对于目标是永续存在的Endowment/Foudantion，他们的Return objective就一定是这三项。

是Q3的Part A吗？

Return objective是一定要加Management expense的，这道题的答案其实是加0.55的了，他的Return objective计算为：

Spending rate (0.05) + Inflation (0.04) + Management expense (0.0055) = 0.0955 or 9.55%
