这道题有很多bug，不值得深究。在前面的表格中提到教育费用会进入一个savings fund，“She plans on making four annual payments, starting immediately, into a savings fund that will be invested conservatively to earn 3% per annum to achieve the desired goal.”所以这个saving fund与基金经理管理的投资组合是分开的。虽然现在要求回报率与TIA相同，但已经在基金经理管理范围之外了，所以从TIA减去。
