the expense of frequent manager turnover is only of concern if we commit Type 2 errors. 李老师的讲解没太听懂，我觉得这句话是对的，因为它的意思是 high turnover 造成的expense 只有是在我们犯了type2 error的时候才是concern，也就是说只有是开除 了好的manager造成的turnover expense 才是我们担心的，而开除不好的manager造成的turnover expense 我们并不担心。 我觉得好像非常正确。
